Shipping
We offer delivery within India. Shipping timelines and costs depend on your location and the size of your order. After you place an order, we will contact you to confirm delivery details and schedule.
For large or custom pieces, we may arrange white-glove delivery and installation. You can also collect your order from our showrooms in Mumbai or Goa by prior appointment.
Returns
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If an item does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to discuss a return or exchange. Custom-made and bespoke pieces are non-returnable unless there is a defect.
Returned items must be in original, unused condition. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
